PAVING NOTIFICATION. The following areas will undergo final paving on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, and vehicle traffic will be delayed during paving. Paving operations will begin around 7:00 a.m. and continue through 5:00 p.m. Madison Street – between Cedar Street and Chestnut Street. Cedar Street- between N. George Street and Madison Street. Walnut Street -between N. George Street and Madison Street. This schedule is weather-dependent. The contractor will have trained flaggers on site to assist with vehicle traffic. We suggest avoiding the affected areas listed in this notification if possible.
