Rome’s Zoning Board of Appeals, or ZBA, meets on the first Wednesday of each month, and only if a project application has been submitted and appears on the agenda. The City of Rome is divided into a number of zoning districts. Each district has prescribed ways in which the property can be used and development standards which govern how the property is built upon.
